  Our smartwatches are designed to ensure secure access without relying on universal default passwords. This makes use of Secure Bluetooth Pairing processes between the smart device and a companion app that manages authentication.

  We encourage the reporting of any potential security vulnerabilities found in our connectable products.

    • Product name and model (if applicable)
    • A detailed description of the potential vulnerability
    • Steps to reproduce the vulnerability (if possible)
    • Any relevant screenshots or supporting information
• Minimum Security Update Periods:

  The defined minimum support period will be provided for each relevant product is available:
  • On the respective product page on our website.
  • And/or within the product documentation supplied with the product.
