After placing the order the glasses arrived swiftly and were well packaged. However, I was disappointed when opening the package that the glasses delivered did not come with the mirror lenses as advertised, and were instead with black lenses.

After contacting Storm to understand if perhaps the wrong glasses were sent I did not receive the usual and expected customer support, as the warehouse confirmed that the correct glasses were issued and that the website description was incorrect.

Based on this a refund or exchange was offered in response.

To assist my decision I then requested confirmation from the warehouse if other color option available that has red lenses does actually have red lenses as advertised, which I may have decided to to exchange for. However, unfortunately only a vague response or refund was offered.

From this I remain disappointed that the glasses I ordered do not seem to come with the mirror lenses as advertised, and the customer support did not clarify if the other color option actually has red lenses. I then decided to keep the item delivered with black lenses, rather than leave to chance that exchanging for the variant with red lenses would result in receiving the model with red lenses.

I can confirm that the sunglasses are desirable and are good quality items as expected, just not what is advertised or ordered.
