How can I obtain service for my STORM watch?
You need to send your watch to us for service. Please see our Returns Procedure for step-by-step instructions.
Where do I send it for service / what is your address?

What do I include with the watch when sending it for service?
1) A covering letter explaining the faults and what service is required.
2) Your full contact details (name, address, phone, and e-mail).
3) Your proof of purchase, only if the item is under two years old and the fault is covered under guarantee. For items over two years old or chargeable services, we do not require the receipt. Please see our Returns Procedure.

How much will the repair on my watch cost?
Please see our Service Price List for examples of standard prices. For some intricate models, prices may be higher. We will always contact you to inform you of all charges before work begins.
Will you advise me of any additional charges before work is carried out?
Yes, we will request your approval and payment by sending out a secure invoice detailing any work required.
How much is return Postage & Packing?
UK Customers:
• £6.00 for Royal Mail "Signed For" (no compensation for damage/loss).
• £8.00 for Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (with full compensation).
Please state which service you prefer in your covering letter.
International:
• £8.00 to £12.00 for International Registered post (depending on region).
• £6.00 for Royal Mail "Signed For" (no compensation for damage/loss).
• £8.00 for Royal Mail "Special Delivery" (with full compensation).

How do I make payment for my repair?
Please do not send any payment (cheque/cash/postal order) with your watch. We will send you a secure invoice via PayPal or contact you for card payment once we have assessed your item.
How can I identify the model name of my STORM watch?
All STORM watches made within the past 15 years have their model name engraved on the case back, usually directly above the STORM logo. Please note all our watches use model names, not numbers.
Where can I have the strap made smaller to fit my wrist?
Your local qualified jeweller or watchmaker should be able to do these alterations easily. Alternatively, you can visit a STORM store or send it directly to our Service Department.
Where can I obtain extra links to make my strap bigger?
You can order extra links and pins directly from us. Please use our Spare Parts Order Hub.
Can I order spare parts without sending the watch in?
Yes. You can request straps, links, glass, and pins via our Spare Parts Order Hub.
How long is the STORM guarantee valid for?
2 years from the date of purchase. We require your proof of purchase/receipt for any returns under guarantee.
What is covered under the STORM guarantee?
The guarantee covers the movement/mechanism against manufacturing defects for 2 years (provided it has not been water-damaged on a non-water-resistant model). All other manufacturing defects are covered for 1 year. Within this period, the watch will be repaired free of charge (excluding return P&P). Please see our Guarantee Page for full details.
What is NOT covered under the STORM guarantee?
1) Batteries, Glass, Cases, Straps, Clasps, and Winders.
2) Accidental damage, misuse, or inexpert repair.
3) Water penetration through misuse (or on non-water-resistant models).
4) Discolouration or normal wear and tear.

How long will it take to service my watch?
Please allow up to 28 days for the return of your watch. There may be a delay over this period if rare vintage spare parts need to be sourced; if this is the case, we will inform you.
Is my STORM watch water-resistant?
Only if your watch states "Water Resistant" engraved on the case back. Please refer to our Care & Maintenance Matrix for exact usage limits.
How long do the batteries last?
Usually up to 2 years from the date of manufacture, not the date of purchase.

Are your watches Nickel Safe / Anti-Allergenic?
Yes. All STORM products are anti-allergenic and fully comply with current European safety standards.
I purchased a watch outside the UK, where do I send it?
If you are outside the UK, please contact the distributor in your country (detailed on your guarantee card). If you cannot find their address, contact our sales team. If you are inside the UK, you can send it directly to our London Service Department.
