Service & Repair Returns

Follow the 3 steps below to send your STORM watch to our London workshop for servicing.

Prepare Your Watch

If your watch is within its guarantee period and you are claiming a free-of-charge service for a manufacturing defect, you must include your proof of purchase/sales receipt. For chargeable services outside the guarantee, no receipt is required.

Before you pack it:

We recommend cleaning your watch (externally, front & back) before sending it to us. This can easily be done with a soft damp cloth or gentle wipes.

Packaging Warning: Do Not Send the STORM Box

To keep your postage costs down and prevent damage, please wrap your watch securely in bubble wrap and use a padded envelope. Do not send the original hard box.

Write Your Cover Letter

Please enclose a clearly written letter inside your package. To ensure we can process your repair quickly, your letter must include all of the following:

  • Your full name
  • Description of the fault
  • Your full return address
  • Work you would like carried out
  • Daytime phone number
  • Proof of purchase (if applicable)
  • Your email address
  • Your chosen Return Postage option

Choose Postage & Ship

Please state in your cover letter which postal service you would like us to use when returning your item to you.

Note for UK Customers: If no preference is stated in your letter, we will default to the £7.00 "Tracked" service. We highly recommend using "Special Delivery" to fully protect your item, as STORM cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transit.

What happens next?

Once we receive your item, we will assess it and contact you by email with a quote before any work is carried out.

If you choose to proceed, we will send you a secure PayPal invoice. You can choose to pay using an existing PayPal account, or safely check out with a credit or debit card - no PayPal account needed.

Please note: For your security, we are unable to process payments over the telephone.

Processing Times: We typically process items within two weeks, but please allow up to 28 days from the date of receipt. Please note we do not send automated delivery confirmations; we advise tracking your package via your chosen postal service.
